Here and Now
I always heard that the first line of a book needs to grip the reader or they’ll loose interest. Just off the top of my head I can think of two solid ones that have stood the test of time; “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.” Charles Dickens – A Tale of Two Cities and “Call me Ishmael.” Herman Melville – Moby Dick.
Mine also has a beginning. And it will be glorious.
